Electric Window

hi all my mk2 galaxy driver window will not work but the switch for passenger window will go down not up the passenger window swith omn passenger side works fine and if i try global switch ie turning key in lock to open and close it only activates window on passenger side any ideas ??? thanks in advance

check wires in door gaitor for breaks,common problem.
